My Philosophy of Care
High-performance lives require high-performance support.
I believe that people who carry the most weight, such as founders, leaders, and those in the public eye, deserve a place to finally set it down. I work with individuals navigating immense professional pressure and the personal complexities that come with it. I do not provide a blank slate. Instead, I offer you a partner who understands the nuance of your world.
A Foundation Built on Insight
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #161891), I view wellness through the lens of systems: your mental performance, your leadership, and the architecture of your most intimate relationships. My clinical background is grounded in evidence-based care, but my approach is tailored to the messy, non-linear realities of high-stakes environments. I move past generic coping strategies to address the root stressors that keep high-performers from thriving.
My Approach: Rigorous, Private, and Real
I provide a harbor that is as thoughtful and results-oriented as the life you navigate daily. My work integrates a variety of modalities, including EFT, IFS, and DBT to create a process as unique as your own history.
For Executives & Founders: We focus on decision clarity, leadership sustainability, and mitigating the psychological cost of high-stakes success.
For Couples & Partners: We move beyond surface-level conflict to reclaim the intimacy that often gets lost in the intensity of a high-achieving life.
For Professionals in the Public Eye: I offer a private, strictly confidential space to recalibrate, detach, and maintain your identity outside of your career.
The Perspective I Bring
I know that the best work happens when professional drive is integrated with personal depth. As the daughter of immigrants, an active member of the AAPI community, and a partner in a long-term interracial relationship, I navigate the nuances of identity, cultural expectation, and resilience personally. I have stood on the other side of the therapy room, and I understand the courage it takes to initiate this process.
My role is to help you move out of high-conflict cycles and toward tactical alignment, ensuring your personal life acts as a source of strength, not a source of added stress.
