Understanding Your Benefits: Please contact your insurance provider directly for a breakdown of your mental health outpatient benefits. As a courtesy, Meridian Counseling, will verify your coverage after you complete our intake form. However, you are ultimately responsible for knowing and understanding the details of your specific plan.
Out-of-Network: If I do not accept your insurance, you may request a superbill to submit to your provider for potential reimbursement. I cannot guarantee that these will be reimbursed, so please check with your insurance company regarding your specific out-of-network eligibility.
