Each individual therapy session lasts 50 minutes and is currently offered fully virtually, making it accessible from the comfort of your home. During sessions, we focus on your unique goals and challenges, using evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs, including DBT, MBCT, EFT, and IFS/Parts Work. You can expect a collaborative, supportive, and confidential environment where your thoughts and emotions are heard, validated, and explored. Virtual sessions allow for flexibility and convenience while providing the same depth of care as in-person therapy.
