My approach to therapy is holistic, personalized, and collaborative. I integrate cognitive and creative techniques to foster self-discovery, emotional healing, and sustainable behavior change. Clients are viewed as my active partners in the therapeutic process, we will work together to explore thought patterns, motivations, and behaviors in a safe and supportive environment.

My Therapeutic Approach

I offer personalized, integrative therapy that combines evidence-based methods with innovative approaches to meet each client’s unique needs. Rather than relying on a single model, I create a customized plan that supports self-discovery, emotional healing, and sustainable change.

I draw from a variety of proven therapies, including: Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Dialectical and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (DBT/CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS / Parts Work), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Trauma-Informed Somatic Approaches.

This integrative approach ensures therapy is both comprehensive and tailored, helping clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a safe and supportive environment. By combining traditional and high-interest modalities, I help clients gain insight, resolve internal and relational conflicts, and achieve lasting growth.

My professional background includes addressing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and generational trauma. I have worked with court-mandated clients, sexual offenders, victims of trauma, business partners, and individuals with a history of domestic violence. Additionally, I have facilitated co-parenting and anger management group therapy sessions.
